Plenty large enough and the full length side zip is delightful, but this is NOT a laminated (waterproof) zip and nor is the bivvy bag itself waterproof. Leaving it in the garden during a British summer downpour to test it’s claims before trusting it in the wild was a good move.. the head of the bag was pointing down hill, so no ingress from the opening, yet still the inside of the bag was completely wet and even enough for water to pool when making an impression in the material. Excellent for dry nights, OK for mist, bad for anything extra **UPDATE 27TH MAY 2023**See the 3rd picture as it hangs to dry. I retract the previous benefit of the doubt for mist, it sucks!!! To be clear – do not trust this product to protect you nor and gesture worth more than £20
