Steam for 15-20 minutes accordingly until the fat are translucent. The cooked pork belly can be sliced before serving. You can also cook the pork belly in simmering water for about 12 minutes until it rises to the top. HOW TO STOREUnopened package, store in a cool, dry place. Once opened- store in airtight container to keep product from drying out and keep refrigerated and consume within 1 month. Suitable for freezer storage.
